HAAI Data processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents are involved in their children's online activities, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at coen.visser@haaidata.com and we will delete this information.
HAAI Data processes your personal data for the following purposes:
HAAI Data does not use automated decision-making.
HAAI Data does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention period for personal data: 12 months.
HAAI Data only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
HAAI Data does not use cookies or similar techniques.
You have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the data processing, or to object to the processing of your personal data by HAAI Data, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you, in a computer file, to you or to another organisation named by you.
You can send a request for access, rectification, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or to object to the processing of your personal data, to coen.visser@haaidata.com.
To make sure the access request was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and the citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and within four weeks.
