We create financial experiences that are reliable and highly automated, creating for the finance team core processes that are interesting and focussed so the teams are performing to their best as possible. We believe the finance teams can perform on three different levels:
1. Registration level: focus on reliable registration and some information available.
2. Exception level: Reliable registration is achieved and management information becomes available. Finance teams focus on exceptions and problems within the registration and financial administration.
3. Risk level: exceptions are further analysed with AI and norms can be defined so the outlayers are selected as risks and researched. Information is not only available as standard historical information, but also in the flow of forecasts.

After years of experience in the financial world an idea was born to build a bridge between humans, finance and data (analytics). Having a financial affinity from early years on, also there was a high interest on data and IT. From the question on how to more efficiently and reliably get to information, but also to apply advanced analytics there was a high interest for more knowledge. So after an Accounting study, followed data-science and IT-studies, added with an MBA-AI for a more strategic approach. Due to more risks a Master in Laws with AI was quickly added. This knowledge gives Coen a specific view and ability to bridge the finance, data and human world. He firmly believes all three worlds can closely support eachother and help eachother in order to get achieve the goals. Coen helps with transformations and developments in companies so that the finance teams work on the highest level possible. So HAAI was born, combining Human Analytics & Artificial Intelligence to support the finance teams and companies.

For consultancy services we discuss a fixed price. The price depends on the goal, time and effort needed and what’s it worth to you. Regarding our app Finitude we have a subscription model and implementation fee (fixed price). So you always know what you pay.

We start to first get to know eachother and set the goals and parameters. After this meeting we will get inside information from the teams and company to get to know where we are now. Then a plan is presented, you get to decide and we will then move to implement the plan. The plan contains a roadmap from present to the preferred goal.
